TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. All prices displayed on our website are shown in UK Pounds Sterling.
2. Payment Terms for All Orders: 100% upon confirmation of order. We accept payment via all major Credit & Debit cards, PayPal, BACS Transfer, Pounds Sterling Cheque, Postal Order.
3. A full refund will be offered on any standard & "off the shelf" items that are found to be faulty, wrong size or colour or not despatched to the agreed specifications, as long as the fault/error is reported within 14 days upon receipt of goods. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS/EXCHANGES ON BESPOKE ITEMS, i.e. STATIONERY, POST BOX ORDERS, GUEST BOOKS AS THESE ARE MADE SPECIFICALLY TO THE CUSTOMERS REQUIREMENTS.
Refunds, minus original postage costs, will be issued unless the error has been made on our side and a full refund + original postage costs + return postage costs will be refunded. Goods returned in an un-saleable condition, i.e. worn/soiled will not be accepted and returned immediately to sender.
Any application for a refund must be made within 14 days of delivery and a Returns Form will be issued, along with a Returns Number. This form must accompany the goods stating the reason for return and the item/s returned within 14 days by Recorded Delivery, without exception. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for returned goods lost in the post.
Bespoke items are not covered by this returns policy and items which are made to order or personalised to customer request are not subject to our 14 day refund period and are non-returnable/non-refundable. If you are unsure of colours prior to ordering please send a swatch or request flower/feather.
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING REFUNDS ON ALL SASSO FEATHER SHRUGS
Unfortunately a restocking fee is now applicable on returns for a refund for all Sasso shrugs.
If you purchase one of the Sasso Feather Shrugs and wish to return it for a refund there will be a restocking fee applicable - the individual charge is listed on each item. This fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
THIS CHARGE DOES NOT APPLY TO EXCHANGES - SASSO WILL EXCHANGE ITEMS FOR ANOTHER COLOUR/SIZE WITH NO FEE INCURRED.
4. From time to time, due to stock availability, it may be necessary to alter designs slightly. However, the quality will remain the same and we will notify you of any anomalies upon receipt of your order. All favours and stationery are handmade to order therefore slight variations do occur amongst designs which adds to their uniqueness
5. The above Terms and Conditions do not alter or limit your statutory rights.
