TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. If items are in stock, we aim to despatch goods within 3-5 working days (ie stock tiaras, shrugs, butterflies etc). For all bespoke items - wedding favours & stationery - allow 2-4 weeks - tiaras, headdresses, crystal bouquets & hats please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery from receipt of payment. If your order is urgent, please contact us with the details and we will do our utmost to expedite within the given timescales. Wherever possible, please order well in advance of your wedding date.
2. All prices are shown in UK Pounds. 3. Payment Terms for All Orders: 100% upon confirmation of order. 4. Notification will be sent via e-mail when goods are ready for despatch. All orders are despatched via Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery mail or Courier and a signature will be required upon arrival. Overseas orders are sent either via AirSure/International Signed for Mail or via courier - please note Cherlaan is not liable for any tax charges incurred by receiving country. Cherlaan accept no responsibility for loss or damage of goods during transit. Each order despatched is carefully packed to ensure minimum damage is caused during transit. In the unfortunate situation of damage occurring during transit, please notify us immediately either by email or telephone and also in writing within 7 days. 5. A full refund will be offered on any standard & "off the shelf" items that are found to be faulty, wrong size or colour (for the shrugs only) or not despatched to the agreed specifications, as long as the fault/error is reported within 7 days and upon receipt of returned goods. Please ask before ordering if you are unsure. Refunds, minus original postage costs, will be issued however, goods returned in an un-saleable condition will not be accepted. Any application for a refund must be made within 7 days of delivery and the item/s returned within 7 days by Recorded Delivery, without exception. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for returned goods lost in the post. Goods returned outside of our 7 day returns policy will incur a restocking fee of £25.00. Bespoke items are not covered by this returns policy and items which are made to order or personalised to customer request are not subject to our 7 day refund period and are non-returnable/non-refundable. If you are unsure of colours prior to ordering please send a swatch or request flower/feather. 6. From time to time, due to stock availability, it may be necessary to alter designs slightly. However, the quality will remain the same and we will notify you of any anomalies upon receipt of your order. All favours and stationery are handmade to order therefore slight variations do occur amongst designs which adds to their uniqueness 7. The above Terms and Conditions do not alter or limit your statutory rights. |
