We have a wide variety of sugared almonds available.  The almonds are peeled to remove the bitter husk, halved and coated with a thin layer of sugar paste giving more sugared almonds per kg.

1 kilo box generally holds approx 250 almonds.  If making up wedding favours you will need 5 per favour so you should be able to make up 50 favours from one box.

The shelf life of an almond is approx 1.5 - 2 years
